Procedure to Nominate Beneficiary of Shares

You can nominate a person (aged 18 or over) or an organisation to whom you wish your shares to be transferred on your death. The Society will respect your wishes insofar as the law and our Rules permit.

You could choose to nominate Norton Lindsey Community Pub Limited, which would in effect make NLCP Ltd. a beneficiary under your will.

If you choose not to nominate anyone, your executors will deal with your shares as part of the administration of your estate and can apply to have them transferred on the same terms as other members.

If you wish to nominate a beneficiary, please download the form from HERE.

You can complete the form on screen, or print it out and handwrite onto the page. Whichever approach you take, you will need to:

  1. Complete & print the form
  2. Sign the printed copy and ask a witness to sign the form too
  3. Post (or hand deliver) the form to The Secretary at the Registered Office.
